This course equips Realtors with today’s most relevant mortgage strategies to help buyers compete, win and close with confidence. We’ll cover creative financing strategies, fast-track approvals and emerging trends – including assumable mortgages, appraisal waivers, and hybrid closings so you can structure stronger offers and navigate today’s market like a pro.

This class will be taught by Dinah Riordan of Atlantic Coast Mortgage. Please note: This class will also qualify as 1.5 hour CE elective (Topic F) for agents licensed before 10/1/2023.
