Instructions

If you are interested in joining Bay Area Association of Realtors (BAAR), please select "BAAR Online Membership Applicant" below, and complete all required areas on both pages of this online form. All Membership Applicants who complete this online form will receive a New Membership Application form via email from a BAAR staff member within 1-2 business days. The New Membership Application will need to be completed by you, signed by your Broker or Office Manager, and returned to info@bayarearealtors.com.

Please note that your membership dues amount will also be shared with you by a BAAR staff member; please disregard any dues amount listed on the next page.

Primary Membership $843 Annually + $125.00 One-Time Fee

Secondary (Out of State Primary) Association $537 Annually + $125.00 One-Time Fee

BAAR Secondary Membership for any agent that has a Primary Association that is out of state. These Secondary members will need to pay Maryland State dues in addition to BAAR/local association dues.

Realtor Secondary Association $400 Annually + $125.00 One-Time Fee

Realtor Emeritus $400 Annually

Affiliate $250 Annually

Real Estate Office $250.00 One-Time Fee

Sentrilock $149 Annually
