Description

This course will cover Landlord/Tenant laws in Maryland. The course will cover key rights and responsibilities of landlords, rights and responsibilities of tenants, security deposit regulations, guidelines for returning deposit and much more like eviction process and tenant protections.    This class is taught by Cindy Jacobs with Maryland Residential Management Company.  This is an in-person class held at BAAR. This class will also qualify as 3-hour CE elective for agents licensed before 10/1/2023. Cancellation Policy: if you need to cancel your registration for a class, please do so at least 24 hours prior to the start of class to avoid a $25 No-Show fee.
