Description

The purpose of this course is to better understand the statutory authorities, web sites, Government Sponsored Entities, and the Federal Loan parameters associated with the appraisal process for homes financed by Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, VA, USDA and HUD. This class will be held In-Person at the BAAR office. Instructor Cliff Quinn, Vice President, Fidelity First Mortgage.
