At the conclusion of this class, you will be able to differentiate the types of Condos (warrantable vs. non-warrantable), identify responsibilities of all stakeholders (buyer, seller, and agents), in a condo transaction, and define HOA types and impacts on real estate transactions. Class is taught by Jackie Northrop with First Home Mortgage. This class will be held in person at the BAAR office.  Cancellation Policy: if you need to cancel your registration for a class, please do so at least 24 hours prior to the start of class to avoid a $25 No-Show fee.
