Taught by Bobby Davidson with HomePro Chesapeake, this class offers an exploration of residential architecture, designed for agents and homeowners Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the fundamental principles that govern the structure of a house. The course will cover essential elements such as foundation, framing, roofing, and more. Through a blend of knowledge and practical tips agents will develop a deeper understanding of the structural components of homes, enabling them to provide more detailed and accurate information to clients. Class will be held in person at the BAAR office.
