This link is to register to be an Affiliate Fair Participant at our Open House - which is FREE to our Affiliates!

We’d like to invite you to our Affiliate Fair at our Open House, Ribbon Cutting & Affiliate Fair Event! We will have a Tiki Bar and Live Music onsite. Food Trucks will be available in the parking area, across Main Street. Auxiliary Police will facilitate street crossing.

• Date: Friday, May 19th Hours: 5-7pm (public) 
  • Location: 1712 Main St, Chester, MD 21619 – The BAAR Office Building 
• Booths: 10 feet wide and you will be assigned a number (map attached.) 
  • Bring Your Own: Pop-Up Tents, Tables & Chairs. Give-aways and Games encouraged. This is a family friendly event. 
• Move In: 3:30-4:15 for drive-in/drop-off as our Ribbon Cutting occurs at 4:30pm 
  • Set-Up: Set-up 3:30-5pm 
• Fair Hours: 5-7pm 
  • Tear Down: 7-8pm
