The Skinny on New Home Construction CE (F) 1.5 Hours

Description

The goal with this Topic F class on new home construction is to educate real estate agents on various areas of concern regarding new homes. It will cover things like what can be done with inspections on new homes, builder limitations, setting buyers' expectations, pre-drywall inspections, safety concerns and more. This class is taught by Steve Showalter. Class will be held in person at the BAAR office. Cancellation Policy: if you need to cancel your registration for a class, please do so at least 24 hours prior to the start of class to avoid a $25 No-Show fee.
