This course examines the key risk areas agents face in today’s litigious environment, including contracts and client advisement, material facts and latent defects, proper disclosure, documentation, and deadline management. You’ll also explore the risks of personal transactions, staying within your area of expertise, and protecting your business through smart cyber security practices. Gain practical guidance to help minimize exposure and protect your license and livelihood. This class is taught by Genevieve Macfarlane of Bay East Title. It will be held in-person at the BAAR office.
