Property Management for Newly Licensed CE (M) - 3 hours

Description

This 3-hour required course for newly licensed agents reviews the laws and guidelines that affect property management and offers strategies for managing the risks that property managers face to help licensees gain knowledge in this growing industry. Some course highlights include Property Management basics, fiduciary responsibilities, ADA and Fair Housing compliance, Landlord and Tenant rights and obligations, lease agreements, security deposits, commercial leases, recent landlord-tenant MD bills. 

This class fulfills the "M" CE requirement for newly licensed agents after 10/1/2023. This course will be taught by MD Realtors via Zoom. Zoom from either your home or office. Use this link to register: https://www.mdrealtor.org/NewlyLicensedCE
