CE (F) 1.5 Preparing for a Home Inspection - Our goal with the class on home inspections is to educate the realtor on various areas of concerns with that arise with a home inspection. We try to prepare the real estate professional to gain knowledge with regards to the various concerns, systems, and limitations. We will help to them to be able to identify some of the positive aspects of the home inspection as well understanding many of the concerns and issues and learn about the risks as well as the rewards of the home inspection.
