Financing 101 CE (F) - 1.5 hours

Description

Realtor's need to understand the basics of financing as it is the backbone to their deal going to the settlement table. The purpose of this class is not to replace a lender but to provide the Participant's with working knowledge of the financing aspect to complement their skills and experience. This class will be taught by Trent Riggs of Main Street Home Loans.  This class will be held In-Person at the BAAR office.  1712 Main Street, Ste 100, Chester, MD.   

Cancellation Policy: if you need to cancel your registration for a class, please do so at least 24 hours prior to the start of class to avoid a $25 No-Show fee.
