From Application to Closing: The Home Loan Journey CE (O) - 1.5 Hours

Description

This is a new course for this fall! The purpose of this course is to present an overview of the mortgage financing process. Realtors will come away with a better understanding of the steps involved in obtaining a home loan - from preliminary approval to closing - which will help realtors guide their clients through the home-buying process. This class will be taught by Trent Riggs of Main Street Home Loans. Please note: This class will also qualify as 1.5 hour CE elective for agents licensed before 10/1/2023.   

Cancellation Policy: if you need to cancel your registration for a class, please do so at least 24 hours prior to the start of class to avoid a $25 No-Show fee.
