Description

This course helps real estate agents understand the basics of residential electrical systems and why they matter in a real estate transaction. Participants will learn to identify common issues, including outdated wiring, DIY electrical work, and panel concerns. The course also covers GFCIs, switches, and smoke detectors, helping agents recognize potential safety and maintenance issues in a home. This class will be instructed by Bobby Davidson, in person at the BAAR office in Chester.
