Realtor Safety - Making Sure It's a Safe Showing CE (F) - 1.5 Hours

Description

This class is taught by the Queen Anne's County Sheriff, Gary Hofmann. This class will discuss safety while showing homes to clients as well as personal security. The objectives will cover risk assessment, personal safety strategies, recognizing red flags, emergency response procedures, self-defense awareness, use of technology, communication protocols, legal responsibilities, scenario training and building community relationships. This class will be taught at the Queen Anne's County Sheriff's Office located at 505 Railroad Avenue, Centreville, MD 21617.

Cancellation Policy: if you need to cancel your registration for a class, please do so at least 24 hours prior to the start of class to avoid a $25 No-Show fee.
