Description

Approved for 1.5 Elective CE (F) - Taught by Huntsman Termite & Pest Control. In Maryland, real estate agents must legally disclose all important details about a property, including the presence of wood-destroying insects (WDIs) like termites. This requirement is part of their fiduciary duty, which means they must act in their clients’ best interests. If they fail to disclose such critical information, they could face legal consequences. This is an in-person class held at BAAR.

Cancellation Policy: if you need to cancel your registration for a class, please do so at least 24 hours prior to the start of class to avoid a $25 No-Show fee.
