Description

Join us for an informative continuing education class focused on Wood Destroying Insect (WDI) inspections and their importance in real estate transactions. This course will cover what a WDI inspection includes, who is qualified to perform them, and why they matter for buyers, sellers, lenders, and Realtors. Topics include identifying termite activity, understanding inspection reports and recommendations, protecting clients from costly surprises, and avoiding post-settlement issues. A practical, real-world class designed to help Realtors better guide their clients through the inspection process.
