Principles of Real Estate for Newly Licensed Agents CE (L) - 3 hours

Description

This 3-hour required course for newly licensed agents covers key topics including advertising guidelines, incentives and rebates, open house rules, deposits and earnest money, returning deposits, common interest communities, condominium operations and owner rights, private land use controls and recent legal updates on common ownership in Maryland. 

This class will fulfill the "L" CE requirements for licensed agents after 10/1/2023. This course will be taught by MD Realtors via Zoom. Zoom from either your home or office. Use this link to register: https://www.mdrealtor.org/NewlyLicensedCE

Cancellation Policy: if you need to cancel your registration for a class, please do so at least 24 hours prior to the start of class to avoid a $25 No-Show fee.
