President's Message
Hello, BAAR members,
BAAR's Board and Staff have been busy this summer as we gear up for the Fall. We have numerous upcoming events that you want to take advantage of, so please check out our events calendar and pay attention to emails that will be coming out. This week, we kicked off a school supply drive- please see flyer and more information below. We'd appreciate any help from our members to support the students in our community.
Later this month, BAAR is hosting a sunset cruise for our members that will be taken out of Kent Narrows; we hope that you are able to join us- please sign up through our events calendar--it will be an enjoyable evening with fellow Realtors and Affiliates. Space is limited so please register today.

We are also planning a Happy Hour Mixer in the Kent Island area for early September- final details will be forthcoming so please keep an eye out!
Additionally, we have our annual RPAC Crab Feast coming up on September 17. This will be held at Fishermen's Crab Deck again and is a wonderful event if you have never been; please join us.
Don't forget the Queen Anne's County Fair starts next week which is truly the best county fair on the shore.
Hope everyone is enjoying their summer, and we look forward to a productive Fall.

ZOOM CE CLASS REMINDERS
Ethics, Broker Relationship & Disclosures, Fair Housing, Legal & Legislative Update and Contract Law Review CE classes are recorded by Maryland Realtors and monitored by BAAR.
Please keep the following in mind:

- Please sign in 10 minutes before class starts to make sure you do not have any technical difficulties.
- Change your Zoom screen name to: "BAAR - [FIRST][LAST]."
- Your camera must be on and your face in full view of the camera throughout the entire class.
- You should not work on other tasks during the class including, but not limited to, talking on your phone, driving, other meetings, etc.
- Do not log out during breaks as it requires re-entry.
- Please familiarize yourself with Zoom's Chat feature as the BAAR monitor will send a direct message to you if you appear to be in violation of the rules.

Each Monday, BAAR will promote any Broker Open Tours that are scheduled in the Bright MLS system (by the Agent). If you have a Broker Open Tour scheduled in the near future and want BAAR to promote it for you, be sure to enter it into Bright MLS by Monday morning of that week.
